To the esteemed customers of Town Gas, as part of the government’s efforts to alleviate the suffering of citizens and in line with the Petroleum Sector’s plan to expand the provision of natural gas service to residential units:
It has been decided to contract with customers residing in residential units under an installment system without down payment for a period of 6 years, with equal monthly installments to be paid along with the monthly gas consumption bills, without any interest.
This applies to customers who have previously had the underground networks installed

Required documents for contracting:
- Copy of lease agreement or property ownership.
- Copy of valid national ID card.
- Any utility bill (electricity, water, telephone) in the customer’s name.
