This contributes to reducing the support directed to butane gas cylinders and redirecting it in favor of the Egyptian citizen.

• Receiving gas quantities from the national network and transporting them to the main pressure reduction stations through the main pipelines.
• Ensuring the use of gas for households by adding the distinctive odorant to the gas at standard control ratios and working on providing the odorant from specialized companies globally.
• Performing all tasks related to the connection of natural gas for customers in the company’s areas (Cairo – Giza – Alexandria – Suez Canal) by executing installation works for pressure reduction stations, main regulators, main pipelines, cathodic protection systems, polyethylene pipes, and installation and conversion works by trained and specialized labor force within the company.
• Providing all services for natural gas users after completing the connections.
• Implementing plans for rehabilitation, renewal, and reinforcement of gas networks to ensure continuous supply of gas to customers with appropriate quantities and pressures.
• Operating and maintaining gas networks and their accessories (stations – regulators – networks – installations – conversions – chimneys).
• Implementing quality management systems according to ISO 9000:2008 requirements, environmental management system according to ISO 14001:2007 requirements, and occupational health and safety management systems according to OHSAS 18001:2007 requirements.
• Applying occupational health and safety instructions in all operation, maintenance, repair, and related works.
• Participating in connecting natural gas to 6 million consumers, where the company bears the largest burden in implementing this number.
• Satisfying natural gas users by providing excellent services to them.
• Applying quality standards in all company activities according to international specifications. Achieving a clean environment by replacing diesel and other types of fuel with natural gas.
